Many antivirus programs classify this file as malware, and we do not recommend that you download this file. dllhost.dll is identified as a part of a program called "purity scan", which supposedly scans your computer for traces of adult content and removes it. This program is often installed without the user knowing, and then spams you with ads when online.
A possible manual solution for you 'handyman-fixers' out there: (at your own risk)
Go to Start > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and look for any of these and uninstall them:

- or anything similar with Oin or Outerinfo in it.
